Reggae artist, David Oscar
Ghanaian reggae actor David Oscar has revealed that Stonebwoy’s reggae song “Run Go” inspired him to pursue reggae music.
Speaking on Reggae Republic with Haruna Babangida on Y 97.9 FM, the “Nyame Womu” hitmaker revealed that his ultimate decision to start music was made after coming into contact with “Run Go” and that he had felt a connection between him and the song.
âMy final decision to start music has to come from the first time I met Stonebwoy’s ‘Run Go’, I’ve always listened to music, but by the time I was in contact with this song, I could just see myself in that song and so if today I can give credit to what finally triggered me to give it a go, yeah, âhe said.
When asked which artist he wanted to feature in his musical career, David Oscar revealed that he dreamed of presenting Stonebwoy, he added that he loved Stonebwoy’s songs and his level of maturity and wisdom.
“To be very honest, if I have to give a straight answer, it will be direct without any connection, without turning left or right, I will say Stonebwoy, I love his sounds, I am in love with his artistry, I love his maturity, he is full of wisdom, âhe added.
He finally mentioned that he was hoping to fulfill his wishes and have Stonebwoy on one of his records and begged his fans to anticipate his next album.
